Neighborhoods throughout Detroit have experienced increases in crime.  The best chance we have to protect ourselves and our homes is to increase our efforts at security.  Having a security system in your home is definitely important, but how does our neighborhood decide what the best security program is right for us?

Come hear from community leaders on how they have implemented paid patrols, neighborhood watch, and other types of programs.  Bring your own stories about what you've done in your community so you can share your tips on how your neighborhood set up a successful program.  How did you recruit residents to sign up for paid security or to volunteer for neighborhood watch?

WHERE:  The Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament,  9844 Woodward, Detroit
WHEN:  Thursday, June 18 6:00 pm

Join us as we hear about how we can to improve our communities!
