Just wanted to give an update on the Contractor Fair. The fair will be taking place on Thursday August 29th from noon to 7pm at the Jam Handy building located at 2900 East Grand Boulevard in the North End Neighborhood.

General contracting services; roofing and gutter replacement; carpentry;
HVAC repair/replacement; exterior/interior painting; electrical; plumbing;
landscaping; handymen services; removal of trash and/or hazardous
material; garage door, front/back door and window replacements.
This fall, Vanguard will be launching a new program that will make financial assistance available to homeowners in The North End to repair and reha-bilitate their homes. While the funds that will be disbursed through this pro-gram will only be available residents in The North End, The Fair is open to all residents who are interested in connecting with reliable contractors.
