The Michigan Science Center (MiSci) is excited to reopen its doors on July 10, 2020 with a celebratory “Summer of Science,” which includes FREE general admission, thanks to support from Aramco Americas. The Summer of Science will allow guests to experience events/exhibitions for FREE through August 9, 2020, including 220+ hands-on exhibits, live stage shows, a Smithsonian Spark! Lab, STEM playground and more.

The first 500 children who visit (starting on Friday July 10) will receive a Summer of Science Cinch Bag to carry their favorite summer time items.

We’ve instituted enhanced safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with all new Michigan and CDC guidelines to ensure your safe visit that include:

• Requiring the use of masks, social distancing and asking guests if they meet health requirements for public entry.               
• Strict building occupancy limits on the number of visitors within MiSci at any given time.
• Increased outside air exchange, continuous on-site sanitization and health monitoring of staff.
