Dear Neighbors,

There is an extremely important proposed Fugitive Dust Ordinance for Detroit being discussed at the City Council's Public Health & Safety Committee that needs our support & our voices.  To have a Fugitive Dust Ordinance in Detroit (that is not watered down) will ensure that any company wanting to be in the industry business of handling Pet Coke, Coke Breeze, etc.,...would need to follow strict requirements when handling it.

Mark Your Calendars for:

Please know that last month, industry bused in employees to crowd the room & drown-out Detroit residents voices supporting this important ordinance & we were outnumbered 17 to 2.  It will be crucial that City Council Members hear our residents voices throughout this process because we deserve to breathe clean air!
