schedule continues in 2019 and 2020. Beginning on October
6, 2019 until May 17, 2020, the Main Library, the Redford
Branch (serving Westside Detroit) and the Wilder Branch
(serving Eastside Detroit) will be open on Sundays from
1:00 - 5:00 p.m. There will be all regular services plus
special programs for all ages.

More Overdue Fines...@ Your Detroit Public Library

Beginning
September 1, 2019, the Detroit Public Library discontinued
charging overdue fines for books and other material. So,
if you have overdue items preventing you from checking
more items out, just return them and you will be back to
borrowing!
