Only a Few Hours Left to Register for Bike the Ambassador Bridge
Register this weekend for the once-a-year opportunity to bike the international span of the Ambassador Bridge on Oct. 27. A big thank you to the Ambassador Bridge Company for allowing our riders one more weekend to get their registrations in. Registration closes at 11:59 p.m on Sunday, October 13.
Every year, the ride alternates the start between Detroit and Windsor. This year's ride starts at Detroit's Clark Park at 8 a.m. on October 27. Advance registration is mandatory due to customs regulations so register today. An enhanced drivers license, NEXUS or passport is required.
Riders will gather in Clark Park in Detroit beginning at 7 a.m. At 8 a.m. sharp, the group will head to the Ambassador Bridge, ride across and back, then embark on a nine-mile ride through Detroit.
After the ride, a boxed lunch is included in the cost of registration. Meat, vegetarian and vegan/gluten-free options are available.
This ride is sweeper-supported and a T-shirt is included in the cost of registration.
