We are a group of non-profit, environmental organizations* in the City of Detroit. We are organizing meetings in each of the new council districts this fall to craft an Environmental Agenda for the City of Detroit, one that we can use to hold Candidates for City Council, Mayor, and all civic and elected representatives accountable to us, the citizens.
We would like your involvement in this important task.
We will be holding a planning meeting on August 28th from 2 -4 on the first floor of Hannan House, located at 4750 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201.
In addition, we ask that you fill out this survey to help us better tailor the meeting content by district:
Please also send this survey out to your constituents and members so that we can generate a broad based understanding of the environmental issues facing Detroiters in preparation for the district meetings.
Again, the goal of this meeting is to craft an Environmental Agenda for the City of Detroit. We invite you to partner with us to help plan the meeting and create a unified movement for an environment that has positive benefits for our health, jobs, education, and safety!
