2.  Email, Call each City Council Member demanding that they "continue their due diligence" regarding DIBC & all of their subsidiary company names including but not limited to Ambassador Port Authority, Crown Enterprises, Mexicantown Realty, etc.,... regarding most recent wrong-doings, present allegations, outstanding City Ordinance Violations, unlawful practices, outstanding financial payments to the City of Detroit, etc.,...  
 
3.  DEMAND THAT CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS DO NOT VOTE to MAKE ANY DEAL WITH DIBC until:
 
ALL CONCERNS, DUE DILIGENCE, RESEARCH, INVESTIGATIONS, ALLEGATIONS, OUTSTANDING DIBC DEBTS HAVE BEEN PAID TO THE CITY, CITY VIOLATIONS CORRECTED, ALL CONTAMINATION SITES IN RIVERSIDE PARK & ELSEWHERE IN CITY CAUSED BY DIBC BE REMEDIATED STATISFACTORILY TO EPA ATANDARDS, ALL PUBLIC STREETS RE-OPENED THAT DIBC OCCUPIES & ILLEGALLY CLOSED, ALL OF DIBC PROMISES TO CITY & SWD COMMUNITY BE FULFILLED, ETC.,.... 
 
4)  DEMAND THAT CITY COUNCIL NOT SHORT-CHANGE THE PEOPLE OF DETROIT without a comprehensive, detailed short & long term Community Benefits Agreement that is iron-clad in a court of law that will:
 
A)  Only give DIBC an Easement onto Riverside Park with conditions,
 
B)  DIBC will pay no less than $50 million to City for Riverside Park's complete renovation including demolished & EPA environmental clearances of warehouse bldg. land (to immediate west) to be incorporated,
 
C)  10% Annual Bridge Toll Revenues for Riverside Park & other parks' maintenance for 100+ years,
 
D)  DIBC will conduct a Full Environmental Impact Study for their desire to build a new 2nd Bridge of 6 - 8 lanes,
 
E)  DIBC will employ at least 75% Detroit residents,
 
F)  Add your demands as a Stakeholder, as a City of Detroit Taxpayer, Property Owner, Resident, Business Owner, etc.,............................................
