Hi , Last year at Spaulding Court, we set a fundraising goal of $20,000, enough to ensure that all the residents at Spaulding Court had a warm winter.
That fall, we raised $10,000 and got two townhouses nice and cozy. We fell short on the third and still need to raise that last $10,000 to get it warm for this winter.
Meanwhile, our resident builders at 1913 wrapped up their work. Sam, Jane and Zane have mad skills! You can find them—and hire them—at Thick Air Studios.
We're convinced that residents make the best builders but before we grow our community, we've got to make sure all our existing residents are in good shape.
Together, the residents at Spaulding Court cover the building's taxes, utilities, insurance and borrowing costs. Friends of Spaulding Court has never had staff, or offices, or copy machines. Every dollar from you goes directly into the materials and labor we need to rebuild Spaulding Court.
