Come hear about and discuss two important topics to our community. Rep. Rashida Tlaib will join us.
* 5:30—Wastewater sludge-drying facility—Plans are to build a new facility on Jefferson across from the treatment plant that would be a public-private operation. Representatives from the plant will be presenting.
* 6:30--Bridge to Canada – the Presidential Permit was signed for the New International Trade Crossing. Hear about the timeline and activities, and our ongoing push for community guarantees.
* June Board election for the Community Benefits Coalition. Check your membership status to run and vote.
* Also Meet District 6 candidates for City Council who want to represent Southwest Detroit
