RENTAL FORUM  EVENT: Jan 30 5:30-8PM

Our office is co-sponsoring a rental forum for landlords and tenants in District 6. There will be representatives from the Building Department (BSEED), Appeals and Hearings (DAH), Housing and Revitalization (HRD), Lakeshore Legal Aid and  United Community Housing Coalition that can answer questions or concerns about the City of Detroit Rental Ordinance. 

Day: Thursday, January 30th

Time: 5:30-8PM

Location: Patton Park Rec Center (2301 Woodmere, Detroit MI 48209) 

If you know of residents who are having issue registering their rental property or are having landlord/tenant issues, this is the perfect forum for them to raise their questions or concerns. 

Arabic and Spanish interpretation will be available. Light refreshments will be served and childcare will be provided.
